Even though chocolate cake was the only kind of cake I wanted growing up. Now as a big kid, carrot cake is by far the winner. My sister-in-law shared her award-winning recipe with me many years ago and now it's yours too!

My birthday is just a couple weeks away and I'm already dreaming about diving my fork through a generous slice of this moist and flavorful cake.
